CONFLICT RESOLUTION
Whether there is group or interpersonal conflict needing resolution, Guidepath will bring to the table the skills needed to reach common ground and a peaceful solution. We practice the philosophy of Agreeing and Disagreeing in Love, a process developed by the Mennonite faith and adopted by the West Ohio Conference of the United Methodist Church.
