The Quick Coach
Here is an opportunity to briefly describe a situation of concern to you and submit it to a coach. Within 24 hours, you will receive a response that will come in the form of a few strategic questions to ask yourself. If you can answer these questions, you will likely gain more clarity around the issue(s) with which you are dealing.
This Quick Coach dialogue will expose you to just one of the foundational concepts of a coaching relationship – that of insightful questioning. This is, of course, a simplistic attempt to respond to what is likely a complex situation. Your coach will not have had the advantage of a longer dialogue with you to better understand these complexities. However, you may be surprised to find that even these initial questions will spark some new thinking on your part, and begin your process to resolution of the issues you face.
