What is coaching?

Coaching is an ongoing professional relationship in which the client sets the agenda, identifying issues that are of importance – issues that may be difficult to clarify, resolve, or act upon. The coach listens, asks revealing questions, and offers a different perspective, always guiding the client toward decision making and action.
