ABOUT US

Les Mann brings a diversity of education and experience that equips him for the challenging roles of consultant and coach. His undergraduate degree in engineering followed by a career in technology has gifted him with strong problem solving skills. Through his graduate business education (MBA) and years of management experience, Les has developed a keen sense of how people can best work together toward common goals. In deciding to leave the corporate world in 2003 to form Guidepath, Les embarked on a journey that has allowed him to utilize these skills in service to individuals, small businesses, non-profits, and faith based organizations.

Les has been certified as a leadership coach by the West Ohio Conference of the United Methodist Church. He has taught classes and led workshops on coaching, and has coached leaders and professionals in a variety of disciplines and environments. His coaching experience includes working with leadership teams participating in the Natural Church Development process. In addition, Les has received training as a mediator from the Lombard Mennonite Peace Center, and has used these skills in his consulting work, and in the presentation of workshops on conflict management.

Les’ technology background continues to keep him involved in planning and supporting the technology infrastructure of small to mid-size organizations, with a special fondness for working with non-profits. In all that he does, Les attempts to truly be in service to those with whom he works.

Les is married to April, a retired teacher of elementary students in their home community of Westerville, Ohio. They are “empty nesters” with two grown children.
